This experience is for those that want to peel themselves back layer-by-layer throughout 2025. It is for those that value understanding themselves on a deeper level, who are committed to implementing positive change over a period of time.
Every month we will meet for a transformational breathwork. This is a 90 min breathwork session that will encompass reflection, intention, accountability and breathwork.

Backed by science, this experience is a practical yet mystical practice as you are intimately intertwined between breathing out and letting yourself be breathed in. Breakthrough Breathwork combines the wisdom of ancient healing practices with modern techniques to unlock your potential.
In the 3 hour workshop, you will be taught the science behind your breath and your nervous system, and then feel this through a Breakthrough experience.
