As a teacher, on daily basis, I see the difference in our young people who have effective coping skills and young people who don't know what to do with what they are experiencing in their minds and their bodies.
We need young girls who can bounce forward from adversity, embrace their fantastic failures, who can make friends with their inner mean girl and embrace their inner warrior. Girls that can understand their body signals and flow with the waves of emotions.
These girls, are unstoppable!

I'm cheeky, I love to play, and I am here to guide the youth of our future to be confident, resilient and empathic young people.
I am equally passionate about bringing parents and their young people together to have special shared memories, better connections, communication and respect.
I spent 11 of my 16 years in the Army working in Military Psychology, helping soldiers reach their elite potential.
I've sat in circle with wise women since 2018 and currently facilitate Women's Retreats.
I'm a full time High School teacher watching the magic, as well as the struggles, of adolescents unfold before my eyes everyday. I'm so grateful I get to be a part of witnessing profound growth, and being a part of their journey into adulthood.
Qualifications are important and I got them too, but most importantly I'm a change maker, a thought provoker, an advocate for our youth, and a life-long learner.
