I'm always amazed at how one's breath, can take them places they've never been before.
In my 11-year journey in Military Psychology, I have witnessed the profound impact of the breath. I've watched it propel elite military personnel to optimal performance, I've witnessed it anchor disassociated souls back into their bodies, and I've seen one single breath throw someone into action when it counted most.
I'm now a High School teacher and this is what I'm now witnessing....
